Author Adam Stevenson's credentials are as a PGA Professional swing coach and TPI Medical and Fitness coach. Although Adam has been coaching golfers for many years now and is constantly attending new courses of education on his path of continual learning he loves teaching and helping golfers of all levels of experience improve. And although his credentials are mostly as a swing coach and he focuses a ton on the how the body works best and individually for each golfer, he admits that 80% of his job is helping coach golfers through their own mental image of who they are. Most golfers don't allow themselves to be their best, and this book is going to help them to get into the right mindset that will them grow to levels they never thought were achievable.
